This site is a collection of the play ideas I have done with my children that I wanted to share with other mothers and care givers. I believe in PLAY!! I hope you and the children you interact with enjoy these ideas as much as my children and I did.
Feel free to add any of these ideas to your own blog with a link or source site. I get many of my ideas through other blogs and books and try to remember and site all sources.
I am an elementary teacher and literacy coach. I loved being a classroom teacher. Currently as a literacy coach, I get the unique opportunity to work across grade levels and with many talented teachers. I learn more about literacy and child development everyday. While the page "PreReading skills" is not my largest, it is my latest passion!
